To most sane people this sounds horrifying. We're looking for someone just insane enough to love it.
We want someone who will work with our suppliers on a daily basis to ensure the quality of our products are up to scratch. The role will cover supplier quality management, equipment
management, and data tracking, though you will work closely with the internal quality manager and take on additional tasks as needed.
We are a very cooperative company, and we take the same approach with our suppliers. Your initial goal in this role will be to form relationships with your supplier contacts so that you can more effectively work together on our joint quality goals. From there, you must be willing to identify what needs to be done, and take it upon yourself to do it.
Previous supplier quality work is a bonus, but not a requirement. It is a requirement that you are ready and willing to learn, and that your know how to google to teach yourself what you need to know.
There is a lot of work to be done, but if you're driven, independent, and have a passion for quality, you will be hard-pressed to find a more open, friendly, and talented company to join.
