We are searching for a summer intern in the BioProcess Product management Operations team.
Essential Responsibilities:
The team drives, coordinates and supports business processes that spans across the BioProcess Downstream portfolio, covering things like life cycle management, strategy, pricing, training and quality. This position will primarily provide administrative support to product training. Typical tasks include adopting presentation material in power point to a consistent layout, apply a modern design look and feel with a pedagogical approach and ensuring that tasks are completed on time. The work will also include transferring content between templates in power point and adjusting the visual appearance. We wish that you take active part in designing the story, creating a script and finalize the material. You will work closely together with the Training manager, but also in contact with the product managers.
• Proficiency in Power Point software
• Proficiency in English
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Close attention to details
You may either have an education within marketing/communication/graphical design/art director/copywriter AND/OR you have a biochemistry/biotech education with a strong interest in combining technology with marketing and design.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Biochemistry/biotech education
• Interest in protein purification products
• Experience with creation of e-learning and/or other electronical learning tools/systems
• Teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 24 credit hours of coursework toward a bachelors/technical (or equivalent) degree in the function you are interning or a recent graduate from a Bachelors/technical program in the function you are interning.
• In countries where applicable, a GPA of at least 3.0
• Ability to exercise independent judgment consistent with department guidelines.
• Previous experience using independent thought processes to plan ahead, process information, maintain workflow and anticipate future needs of the team.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
• Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
