Summer employment for Students, Market Support Engineer
In the position of Market Support Engineer Volvo Cars Customer Services is looking for you who are, or have been, a student of Göteborgs Tekniska Gymnasie (GTG) with an interest in car communication.
Customer Service is a unit within Volvo Car Corporation, responsible for the global aftermarket business, development and distribution of genuine parts, service- and repair methods and accessories. Our ambition is to be the most desired provider of parts and service to our Volvo dealers and customers and thereby contribute to creating the most exciting car ownership experience for the customer. To live up to this, our aim is to be a global customer service organisation where we work together with the sales companies and the importers as a team. Our head office and central distribution centre are located in Gothenburg with 1200 employees.
Job profile:
• Being part of a Technical Support Helpdesk within electricity.
• Error search and analysis of cars after the cars have left the factory within the electricity area.
• In this position you will be substituting ordinary staff that is on their summer holiday leave.
Your profile:
• Ongoing or completed upper secondary school from Göteborgs Tekniska Gymnasium (GTG) with focus on car communication or equivalent education
• Ability to work independently and to take own initiative
• Good cooperation and communication skills
• Ability to be flexible, service minded and structured
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish (written and spoken)
