You will be leading and developing the TS strategy planning cycle globally as a key member of the Sales & Portfolio Management Team.



By working closely with the TS Mgt team in the global and cluster teams, you facilitate the strategy from creation to implementation in terms of efficient ways of working as well as relevance, prioritisation and alignment of content.



Main responsibilities
• Lead the activities in the strategy planning cycle in close collaboration with Finance and other relevant stakeholders
• Lead development and alignment of strategy content, clarity and prioritisation to achieve the service ambitions
• Lead cascading of strategic initiatives and related operational plans down to Clusters
• Continuously develop and implement the way of working to improve quality and productivity throughout the strategy cycle incl. coaching users




Qualifications


You have at least 10 years experience working with business strategy development and implementation in a global environment. You understand business drivers and how they interact to lead to results.



You have a continuous improvement mind-set and a structured way of working focused on delivering results. You are comfortable in driving change and can handle cross-functional stakeholders on different levels in a global environment.



You also have a University degree, BSc or equivalent. You are fluent in spoken and written English.
