hela Sverige Are you looking for the next step in your procurement career? We are looking for a person with a high business acumen to join a unit responsible for a spend of more than three billion SEK.
Your role
As a Strategic Purchaser - Professional Services, you will drive a wide range of procurement activities within the Professional Services area. You will work in a dynamic and skilled team consisting of nine procurement professionals with both operative and strategic purchasers. Your focus will be on Professional Services, main categories are consultants and contingent workers, in addition to services for corporate functions like HR and communications. The scope is including all of Saab, but mainly focused on Sweden.
You will be expected to:
* Identify and develop business cases together with internal and external stakeholders to increase value and reduce cost for the organisation.
* Execute these business cases through strategic sourcing projects, supplier development and contract management.
* Develop the supplier base to meet the organisation's future requirements using the full potential of what the market has to offer.
* Govern and develop assigned categories and suppliers together with key stakeholders
Your profile
Solutions focused, you possess a strong business acumen together with strategic awareness. When collaborating with stakeholders, you are confident with the ability to build relationships, influence and provide advice to key decision makers. You focus on achieving success in individual and team projects.
Required skills:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or business law or similar build-up of skills and experience
* Minimum five years' experience of strategic procurement
* Assertive and a strong negotiator
* Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
* Analytical, comfortable with analyzing and drawing conclusions from large sets of data
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
* Several years' experience of Indirect Procurement/Professional services, preferably within the segments contingent Labour(consultants) and/or HR/Comms related services
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
