About the client
Our client is a world leading search engine that specializes in Internet-related services and products (including online advertising technologies, search, cloud computing, software and hardware).
About the assignment
We are looking for a Business Developer to work with a few selected Channel Sales Partners in the segment of SMB:s. In your role you will set up and develop scalable, profitable and sustainable models for supporting these partners in their businesses. Along side this, you will engage with, and support, the internal leadership in growing partnership towards start-ups and smaller tech-companies.
The assignment is planned to start late April as soon as possible and will continue for at least 9 months. It is a full-time position and the office is in central Stockholm.
This is basically what you are supposed to do:
• Engage with leadership and operational teams at clients to support them in defining strategic direction for their business, identifying new growth opportunities or areas for operational improvement, and expanding their commercial and operational capabilities
• Lead implementation of cross-functional initiatives agreed with clients to help them deliver growth and excellent customer experience.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders including operational teams across sales, marketing, customer service and supporting functions (finance, legal, compliance)
Now, let's talk about you
You have minimum a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Preferably you have 2-3 years of experience in business development, commercial partner management or strategic consulting. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
But more interesting is to talk about who you are:
• Excellent strategic thinking, commercial judgement and analytical skills. Able to develop strategic recommendations and operational plan
• Strong execution skills with ability to deliver high quality, timely results across multiple projects
• Maturity and accountability allowing to effectively engage with senior external and internal stakeholders
• Track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities and negotiating commercial deals.
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
