About the job
In this role, you ensure that brand policies and directives are in place for Seco and that these are continuously updated and revised to meet the business needs. You provide guidance and strategic advice related to the management of Seco's Brand as well as ensuring brand governance and expertise together with Intellectual Property/Trademark - protecting the value of the Seco Brand. You manage the brand positioning in relation to Sandvik and network with Business Areas to govern and support brand development. You work to leverage stakeholder commitment and engagement through excellent communication planning and activities, and you plan, organize, monitor and control projects to achieve set objectives.
Further responsibilities include:
Driving the strategic branding for Seco.
Mandating to bring decisions around strategic brand questions to Sandvik Management Group (SMG).
Driving communication activities within M&A processes regarding Branding.
Partnering with brand managers to ensure brand consistency.
Developing Seco as a premium brand through a holistic approach.
This role can be navigated at one of our offices in Europe, specifically in Sweden, England, France, Germany or Italy.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a degree in communications or business, accompanied by extensive, practical work experience in communications. You have strong analytical skills, partnered with a creative mind. You're data-driven and have an affinity for numbers. Being an expert in this field, you have experience in strategic planning and prior development of different business cases. You have also vendor management and experience in developing learning ecosystems. As we're a global organization you're efficient in both written and verbal English.
You're a strategic thinker and doer that tackles challenges from a global and holistic perspective - this is further proven by your ability to effectively communicate and build strong interpersonal relationships. You have business acumen, accompanied by effective stakeholder management and structured process orientation.
