Your Challenge
As a proactive Strategic Account Manager, you will be working at the heart of the business. By creating leads and sales opportunities you will interact with prestigious companies and organizations in Europe. This position can be based in Sweden or Germany and will initially be responsible for two rapidly growing key customer accounts. You will work in cooperation with the team, you will facilitate, manage, and coordinate solutions for our customers. At the same time, you will join a company where you can learn from the best engineers in the industry.
Your role
• Responsible for customer product planning, business plans, long term agreements, customer portals, portfolio update and maintenance, strategy, objectives, development and tracking the launch of products.
• Establish and implement a strategic plan for next 5-7 years to identify and develop the opportunities at Key Customer Accounts with the support of an AVENTICS & ASCO Business Development & Sales support team.
• Identify, report, and manage compliance to trends in global emissions and powertrain regulations, certifications and requirements with opportunity identification, application, and product knowledge according to the Strategic Account Manager plan for Key Customer Accounts.
• Report customer related KPI's such as: volume, trends, market growth, strategy, sustainability goals, etc.
• Secure business intelligence of the market, customer business drivers and business situation
• Build internal relationships within the Emerson organization, locally and globally
• Contribute to generating new business opportunities
Your Talent
You have the desire to go the extra mile, develop the sales, reach the goal, and excel. Most importantly you are persistent and determined in your efforts. You have comparable work experience in direct sales and technical business development in combination with an engineering degree or the like. Likely you have experience and knowledge from the Commercial Vehicle market, technologies, and trends.
You think strategically and in an analytical way, when prioritizing your efforts. You are eager to make things happen and to reach your sales targets. You are commercially skilled and like to interact with customers and other external and internal stakeholders, first and foremost by representing a highly professional and competent organization when facing the market.
