hela Sverige AstraZeneca BU Oncology is looking for experienced Account Managers to work with Breast cancer in Sweden.
Job Description:
Accountable for managing individual accounts.
Responsible for pro-actively identifying regional business opportunities and recommending solutions to drive and develop business.
Accountable for regional market access and diagnostic activities with appropriate stakeholders e.g. budget holders, tumor responsible at hospitals, head of lab. .
Develops & implements local brand strategy through cross-functional team work
Contributes to development of AstraZeneca pre- & post launch brand/franchise strategy in the Nordics by developing relevant understanding of key stakeholder needs & perceptions.
80% field-based, 20% office-based.
Overall Accountability:
Build capability in external and internal stakeholders
Act as subject matter expert for all relevant stakeholders to help build knowledge and understanding about AZ's overall Oncology value proposition
Contributes to development of Nordic franchise/brand strategy & drives implementation of National brand strategy:
Contributes to brand plan & launch plan development together with franchise team through generation of relevant customer & disease insights. Develops National brand strategy and plans together with Local Implementation Team
Develop account strategy & plans
Develops robust understanding of needs and perceptions of prescribers and other key stakeholders, e.g., budget holders, heads of clinics, local/regional payors, pathologists etc
Identify and prioritise accounts with strategic value to AZ and build long-term external relationships.
Work with Local Implementation Team to develop strategies for each account / stakeholder to meet targets, aligned to Oncology Brand strategy.
Deliver on plans and achieve goals
Ensure implementation of account plans and drive performance to meet or exceed expectations while managing operational account budgets
Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to fully leverage AZ's account management capabilities
Minimum experience
Academic degree or equivalent, commercial or healthcare background
Proven leadership skills, be able to lead in change
3-4 years with relevant experience with solid sales results
Being trusted, live the AZ values and adhere to Code and Policies
Possesses thorough knowledge of the Pharma industry, AstraZeneca, specific TA's medical products and health economics
Has a good understanding of the ethical code and compliance requirements, culminating in a certification
Preferred experience
Experience in Oncology NOT essential, Experience of market access work.
