hela Sverige We are now recruiting a Stability QA Manager for a one year long assignment starting as soon as possible the location is Södertälje.
The arena
Our client implements and maintains a program of work designed to support the shelf life and quality of our products in market, and gain and retain our license in market. This program challenges the product / pack quality at different climatic conditions over the life of the product in an annual maintenance cycle. The program also supports significant manufacturing and process changes. This is termed the ?Global Commercial Stability Program?.
The functional group advertising these temporary vacancies specializes in all activities in place to support the QA management of the Global Commercial Stability program. The group has a technical, scientific, QA and regulatory aspect.
The role
The job holder is responsible for Stability Quality Assurance, which is part of the Global Operations Stability organization. The job holder is responsible for ensuring compliance with our clients commercial stability obligations.
The Stability QA Manager secondee is responsible for the management of the international commercial stability program, through evaluation and trending of stability data, perform stability technical assessments, maintaining overall surveillance of data/issues arising from the international commercial stability program and coordinate investigations that require involvement/co-operation of several sites involved in the supply chain of the affected products.
The job holder is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of stability study reports intended for submission to regulatory agencies and for providing expert stability knowledge and product overview for assigned products.
The role demands an understanding of pharmaceutical stability testing and associated processes as well as an overview of the Operations Function and how it contributes to achieving the objectives of the business.
Strong cross-functional networking, with a wide range of personnel within the company are essential to the role.
Minimum experience
• Masters Degree (160p) or equivalent experience and knowledge, chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences
• Knowledge/ experience in analytical chemistry
• Excellent English communication skills
• If located in Sweden, good Swedish communication skills are required?
• Influencing/ Communication skills (Listening, oral and written)
• Team working skills
• At least 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry Quality Assurance or stability Management, Process Technology or Research & Development environment
• Experience of stability management processes, GMP demands and Regulatory requirements in the area of stability testing.
