hela Sverige The Head of Product Management will take a key role within the HA team and will work closely with the Nordic Head of Division to ensure the whole Nordic organization is having the right focus.
You will be placed at our office in Kista
Key Accountabilities:
As our Head of Product Management, you will lead our team of product managers to drive success in the Nordic Home appliance market. With the aim of maximizing brand equity and market growth. The team consists of 8 people directly reporting to you. You will set, align and oversee strategy and execution.
Manage the team of product managers.
Monitor and follow up key KPI's
Ensure Nordic strategy is followed up according to plan
Contribute to form strategies
P&L co-responsibility with Head of division
Maximize sales and enhance brand equity for the HA division
Price and Cost Structure
Market Analysis
Qualifications/Suitable background:
At least 5-7 years experience in sales (supplier and/or retailer).
Experience with Home Appliance business is a strong advantage
A good understanding of business with Retail channels and a broad experience of this field
Proven track record in ability to generate business
Experience from key account channel sales
Sales analysis
University degree
