We are now looking to strengthen our HR-team with hiring a Specialist in Talent Acquisition who will serve as a pivotal driver in optimizing and scaling ETG's talent acquisition strategies. This role is focused on ensuring an unbiased, high-quality candidate experience while leveraging innovative technologies in the field of talent attraction. Your efforts will aim to attract and hire the right talent consistently, optimize the candidate selection process, and align recruiting messages and approaches across all locations. This role reports to the Director of Talent, Culture, and Engagement.

About the role
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Drive the global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with the Director's vision, emphasizing proactive sourcing for critical roles and locations to attract and retain a diverse talent pipeline in a high-growth environment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control over recruitment activities by setting up, monitoring, and continually improving processes in collaboration with local recruitment teams.
Process Standards: Formulate and harmonize guidelines for talent attraction, recruitment, and selection across all locations, while optimizing resource utilization and managing the capacity of Talent Acquisition Specialists in various countries.
Campaigns: Co-lead targeted recruitment efforts for specific roles or countries.
Recruitment Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, using dashboards to measure and report performance and inform business decisions.
Recruiting Excellence: Lead the design and delivery of training modules and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the quality of attraction, recruitment, and selection processes for HR and hiring managers.
Tools and Vendors: Lead the selection and implementation of global tools, such as recruitment software and assessment tools. Develop global master services agreements for vendors that we can use across countries, and approve any local tools and vendors.
Budget Oversight: Monitoring the global recruitment budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Community of Practice: Lead a "community of practice" among local HR teams, not just to share but to co-create best practices and innovative solutions in the talent acquisition industry.
Benchmarking: Compare Etraveli Group's talent strategies to industry standards, adopting best practices based on data-driven insights.
EVP Contribution: Collaborate with the Employer Branding Lead to enhance and evolve the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
COE Scope Development: Contribute to developing the Center of Excellence (COE) for Talent, Culture, and Engagement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Specialized knowledge in Talent Acquisition, extensive recruitment and selection experience
Data-driven and knowledgeable in state of the art IT solutions
Leading through natural authority, able to influence stakeholders
Experienced in working in a global, multi-cultural environment
Agile and pragmatic approach
Customer and solution focused, completer-finisher
