You will be part of a great, senior team of 4 people and your goal as a team is to continuously improve the quality of our system, implement new products and deliver great service to clients and stakeholders. In this role, you will use both your technical and problem-solving skills as well as your service mindset and communication.
Examples of what you will do:
• Monitoring and troubleshooting for bugs
• Refactoring of code and functions in the system
• Imports, exports of data and integrations with the system
• Implementations of payslips, SSO, and pension solutions
• Set up and configure API solutions
• Contact with stakeholders, clients and suppliers

WHO ARE YOU?
We believe you are at the beginning of your career. Since you will work in close contact with both internal stakeholders and external clients and solve all sorts of issues- you are a curious problem solver and have a service mindset. You like to cooperate with different people to create "win-win situations". You have the ability to see the big picture and recurring patterns - that helps us solve the root cause of a problem and not make a quick fix. If you find improvements, you are not afraid to share this with the team.
The perfect resume isn't the most important thing, but we believe you have packed your bags with:
• Relevant technical education, ex. Informatics, IT or computer engineering
• Some experience from a technical role or project (might be within technical support, development and/or test)
• Knowledge in web technologies like HTML, CSS and Javascript
It's also a plus if you have:
• Knowledge in Java, MySQL and data structures
• Experience from customer contact
• English is our main language, but if you bring some Dutch, German or French that would be a huge asset for us since we have clients and colleagues all over Europe
