We are looking for a Solution Lead/Business Analyst for CM ( Customer Management ), a CRM solution
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager, Prospect & Customer Management, Solution Delivery Unit MAS/DCL (Market and Sell Total Offer/Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty). CM is the Caesar product delivered by the vendor SuperOffice in Sweden.

Role Mission and Context
As Solution Leader, you are the main contact person for the key users, Process Managers (level 2 or 3), or equivalent. You cooperate closely with the Team Leader and the delivery team. You will work based on terms, conditions and commitments for solution deliveries and delegated responsibilities established and documented and formally introduced by the Delivery Manager.

You will be working with the CM (Customer Management) solution. CM is a Customer Relationship Management solution used by Volvo Trucks dealers in certain locations across the globe.
It assists the dealers manage the customer interactions with the Volvo brand tracking leads, opportunities, activities, customer information, etc. connected with prospecting for current and future customers.

Responsibilities and Powers
• Take the complete responsibility to secure the end user, business and IT requirements and support the full utilization of solutions. As well, be one of the CRM experts within the Volvo Group.
• Manage the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the business process developers for the CRM Sales area
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Ensure execution of decided and prioritized requirement requests for the solutions
• Contribute to the capacity planning for the solution delivery

• Act as product owner for the CRM solutions
• Responsible for working proactively and with continuous improvements
• Secure that all individual solutions within the assigned sub-portfolio continuously adhere to Volvo Group Policies, Directives and Guidelines

Wanted Profile
As a Solution Leader you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way. In this particular assignment, 50% of the role will be Business Analyst activities as well.

Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.

Required Competencies
• Relevant university degree
• Strong business understanding in the pre-sales area, Customer Relationship Management, and knowledge about the solutions in the marketplace.
• Strong knowledge in the process supported by CM (Customer Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and the interfacing systems
• Technical Project Management involvement for a CRM implementation
• Documentation thoroughness
• A good understanding of Sales methodologies
• Ability to drive key users network, understand needs
• Ability to manage in a functional environment
• Knowledge of the area in scope
• Ability to drive change
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
• Backlog management and agile software development skills are desired
