Foundational products
Foundational products create services for the whole Group. Our mission is to make all of the development teams faster by enabling them to leverage new technology, practices and processes. That includes but are not limited to; cloud, CI/CD, developer toolchains and automation. We also aim to make life easier for all software developers within Volvo Group.
We are a global team with colleagues in Sweden, France, Poland and India, this is the transformation engine that will propel Volvo Group into the future of tech.
What you will be doing
We support the full Volvo Group with technical expertise, support and consulting. You will be central in this process making sure to connect the right people in an efficient way to ensure that we quickly enable development teams to get back to their flow state. We believe in getting better every day, this is something you need to incorporate into this process. Improving the tasks within your responsibility as well as the whole process. The way we're working right now is not how we want to continue. You will be instrumental in making that change happen.
Who are you?
Orchestrating multiple activities simultaneously is something you find easy. You are self-motivated and driven, always making sure that progress is made. A service minded person that understands that helping others is a great way to deliver value. You're passionate about learning and do that quickly in a natural way.
Solving problems is second nature to you, it's also a key motivator for you. You are technology savvy and keep up to date with trends and development. You lack prestige and believe that contribution is more important than recognition. You have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
Understanding of the software development process
Experience with ServiceNow or other process management tools.
