The H&M online store are growing rapidly both in terms of sales volume and functions, and you as our Solution Architect will have a key role and a big impact on our way ahead.
We are constantly working to ensure our customers have the best experience when they use the site, regardless of what touch point they use. To achieve this we must ensure that our current and future solutions are up to the challenge.
To succeed in the role as a Solution Architect we see that you have several years of experience as responsible for developing the architecture in large projects, in organizations with complex IT landscape. You will be responsible of driving the architectural work, analyzing business needs and visions and positioning the solutions in the system landscape. The business development is focused on our mobile e-commerce solutions but will often span beyond the e-commerce platforms comprising both online and store to meet our customers' expectations of a truly multichannel brand.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Solution Architect comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Be on top and understand new mobile solutions and how they can be implemented at H&M. Promote and influence that from a customer perspective
• Work cross platforms and divisions leading solution analysis from an architect perspective
• Build relationship with business stakeholders, IT stakeholders and suppliers
• Drive requirement analysis and system design in close collaboration with system architects
• Document solution and describe solution proposals clearly stating business benefits and trade-offs
• Work close with Area Architect with strategic work by developing target architecture, guidelines and principles
• Coach the organization, division Sales Online & Marketing, about mobile and digital solutions
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Several years of extensive work as a Solution Architect in large projects in organizations with complex IT landscape including large ecommerce solutions
• A genuine interest and skill about mobile platforms, enterprise mobility solutions and the mobile area as such
• Strong communication- and relationship building skills with a business oriented mindset
• A can do attitude and a strong energy to drive things to the finish line, even if they are complex or difficult
It is a plus if you have experience of working with external vendors of IT services, managed service and/or offshore situations since this is a situation that is maintained externally in a managed-service.
