In the Self-Service and Request Automation team our goal is to provide our colleagues with an outstanding Self-Service experience. Joining us, you will have the chance to work with the latest and greatest ServiceNow capabilities such as Employee Center, Predictive Intelligence/Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, UI Builder, AI Search and all the new capabilities to come. Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect you will work alongside Product Owner and Engineers in an agile team, translating product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve business objectives. You will also coordinate so that our architecture is aligned with the ServiceNow best practices as well as other internal product teams. You will use your experimental mindset to identify new possibilities to deliver value in the ServiceNow platform and drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations that do align to ServiceNow leading practices. Furthermore, you will:
• Use data and analytics to find opportunities for improvement
• Participate in troubleshooting alongside with the team and lead the developers to fulfill the architectural design.
• Co-operate to continuously improve the technical guardrails, leading practices, and ways of working
• Keep up to date with leading practices and industry use cases
• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and other cross-functional teams to share best practice as well as discuss and motivate design solutions
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you have experience of hands-on development and architecture experience in the ServiceNow platform. You understand the importance of taking the lead in innovation and when a major release of ServiceNow is available you go thru all the release notes to quickly understand how to best align the roadmap and objectives with the latest ServiceNow capabilities. You are passionate about finding creative and suitable ways of solving every-day struggles. We believe you have previous experience from working with integration platforms in an agile environment with many stakeholders. You also know how to translate requirements and visualize technical roadmaps. We also believe that you:
• Have deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and data model
• Previous experience in scripting
• Are certified system administrator ServiceNow
• Have experience working with Request management on the ServiceNow platform
• Have experience of Machine Learning, Performance Analytics, APIs and integrations, Workspaces, UI Builder
• Are communicative, analytical, and explorative
