Provides leadership and leads large project technical teams to deliver integration, operations or performance relating services. Proactively seeks to understand customer needs and provides solutions to them. Develops best practices based on techno -economic business understanding.
The Architect role is required to drive the architecture discussions with the Customer, lead development of the final solution design and ensure that the promises to the Customer are fulfilled.
Additionally the Architect role has the responsibility to lead and coordinate all the end-2-end architecture aspects for pre-sales & delivery of projects which requires both technical competencies as well as the ability to build and enable project specific virtual team of experts to function and deliver results.
Job Description: The person has proven specific experience within:
Deep telecom domain understanding, especially within Subscriber Data Management solutions
Requirements management framework and process, enabling the transformation of sold possibilities to actual implementation
Design implementation and solution analysis verifying the KPIs
RS & Design resourcing and planning
Requirements development coordination, internal and external
Requirements frameworks, tools & implementation
Solution analysis and reporting
GAP Analysis
Risk Management
Additional Requirements: Degree level in Telecom, engineering
3-5 years of relevant experience
Ability to take responsibility for solution delivery
Capability of working at a high-level solution as well as in low-level details if required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage project/customer expectations and deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
Able to manage lots of interfaces and stakeholders internally as well as externally in the company
Ability to initiate and drive complex tasks until the end
Significant operational experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments
Experience of customer specific solution architecture
Proven experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies
Knowledge of respective network products
Experience in pre-sales activities (bid preparation, solution description, work estimation, etc.)
Experience in integration services & projects
Are able to create strategic technology visions for our customer and serve in the role as the "trusted advisor"
Knowledge on frameworks like TOGAF, eTOM, ITIL
English - good written and verbal communication skills
