We are expanding our team within our Global Innovation Center in Vårgårda / Gothenburg and are looking for an experienced software system architect.
About the role
As a Software System Architect you will work with a small team building the next generation digital products from Autoliv. This is a part of a journey towards a data-driven future, where the software system architect role is an opportunity to not only lead a team developing next generation products, but also an opportunity to help scale and transform an organization. The job involves directing a development team, as well as interacting with both internal and external stakeholders while continuously looking for synergies and reuse of existing software assets.
You will work in a small team responsible for building a toolbox of software components to quickly industrialize ideas. The team will own the bootstrapping of projects, as well as building the frameworks that will be used to accelerate the time from a prototype to a product in the hands of a user.
The team will be a central part in the digital strategy in the global context that is Autoliv. You will work in an international team together with teams from all over the world.
You will work with the seed from which Autoliv will establish an end-to-end software architecture from embedded devices, apps all the way to cloud systems. Parts of the stack are affected by functional safety requirements, while others are pure web software where UX is of essence. Throughout machine learning is deployed to analyze the data collected.
