You will be responsible for the sales planning and business development to meet agreed sales targets. You develop account strategies, goals, objectives, short and long term action plans for your accounts.

A large portion of business development will be required to acquire new accounts. You remain knowledgeable regarding competitive and industry trends; utilizes this knowledge to aggressively develop & close account opportunities. You provide product management with high quality market feedback and by that enabling Open HGA to remain a competitive solution.

You develop and gain approval for proposals and opportunity P&L.

The person we are looking for interacts naturally and professionally with customers and partners on both senior management and operational levels. He/she builds trust and confidence at the client during the whole sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiations and follow-up business. Technical support expertise will be provided by Tilgin on an as-needed basis.

Key is self-motivation and high personal drive. It is mandatory that you have relevant experience of successfully selling and developing software solutions with and to ODMs/OEMs and/or operators. You should also have an established telecom industry executive contact network, enabling interaction and commercial discussions from day one. A proven track record of successful sales is a natural requirement.

As a person you are strongly result oriented with the ability to build and develop personal relationships. Experience of various Asian business cultures is desirable. You possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills within the English language while all other spoken and written languages are seen as highly beneficial.
