In the Product Area External and New Sales Channels we extend our customer reach by opening up our assets to new and external sales channels. We are now looking to expand our team with a Solution Architect / Software Engineer.
You will be part of a product team where Our mission is to increase H&M Group sales and customer growth through enabling our Online channel in new Markets on our own brand.com platform. We do this in close collaboration with multiple internal teams across the whole organization.
Job Description
You will work as a software engineer/ solution architect working alongside the Product Owner and Business Experts in a team responsible for the launch of Online selling in new Markets for H&M Group.
The solution spans across all functions within H&Ms e-commerce set up such as product enrichment, customer order, logistics and warehouse fulfilment, accounting processes, marketing and business intelligence. The solution involves multiple systems and their responsible product teams.
You will work in close collaboration towards many Product Teams, Enterprise Architects and Business Stakeholders. You will have the ability to evaluate different options proactively, being able to take the lead driving Market and legal requirements into the design, to realize the solution and provide the best customer experience.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a person that has an understanding about the EComm business and how to apply the technical solutions to support the business needs.
Mandatory requirements, both competence and tools:
• Have end to end experience from e-com solutions, business processes and agile methodology.
• Ability to perform technical and architectural analysis of requirements and impact analysis translating to suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guard rails.
• Have an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options which take target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems into account.
• Cooperate with area architects, Infrastructure and Security within H&M Business tech to secure the solution.
• Experience working with different architectural view-points to identify and understand their dependencies
• Confident to take decisions regarding functional, information and quality requirements
• Experience in working with IT/system/solution in preferably large, international organizations working with cloud solutions (preferably Azure), API services design and integration, Agile, and Dev Ops
• Understanding of Jira, JSON, REST, XML, HTML, JavaScript, GraphQL, REACT, Node. js and SAP.
