Are you a strategic leader with several years of experience working in the area of Software asset management? H&M Group Business Tech now offers the opportunity to use your experience and entrepreneurial mindset to support our new digital organization!
What you will do
As a Software Asset Manager, your main objective is to expand our SAM capabilities by taking the lead on implementing new and improved ways of working. You will be part of our new Commercial Team providing expertise within SAM to the whole Business Tech organization. You will work focused with SAM from a strategic point of view, to describe, implement and maintain the overall SAM responsibilities as well as the strategy, scope, and objectives. You will support your team in their day-to-day work by setting the strategic plan for a SAM organization, making it easier to make better business deals in a cost-conscious way.
You are a business enabler by nature, and together with the team that you will be leading, and in collaboration with internal stakeholders you will make it happen!
We believe you excel in one or more of these areas:
SAM Certified 19770-1 or equivalent experience
License Manager / Software License related work 10+ years' experience
Experience of working in large organizations with SAM related work
Software agreements experience
Experience of Software Inventory tools
Experience of cloud transformation
Your mindset & skills
We believe you have a solid background in working with the SAM methodologies, and are now ready to take a leadership role where you can support others with your expertise. Preferably you come from a product organization and you are familiar with the agile methodologies.
Leading others comes easy to you, and while leading others, you are unafraid to get your hands dirty in the operational. You are curious and eager to learn more, and you don't get stuck in what has always been. You are open-minded and you see business possibilities everywhere. You have a strong ability to connect with others and you are known for building trust and long-lasting relationships.
In closing, you lead by example and have experience from working in a dynamic environment that is always evolving, and where everything and anything can happen.
