Job Description
Enhance Data Analytics capabilities for Software Factory offerings to improve transparency and developer experience.
Standardize and harmonize data visualizations to support program management and execution.
Gather requirements and manage stakeholders across Engineering through active networking and collaboration.
Lead a small team focused on data analytics, documentation, and developer portal improvements.
Develop and maintain infrastructure and content for Developer Portals and dashboards, ensuring reliable and actionable information.
Drive roadmap and implementation for KPIs, quality metrics, and CI/CD/Test governance through effective dashboards and digital tools.
Qualifications
Experience in Data mining, analytics and Software Engineering
Proficient in Technical documentation
The skills and experience to understand and explain mechanisms about medium/large scale software systems
Development experience in Python, C/C++
Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and planning skills
Excellent networker and cross-functional team player with a can-do mindset
Fluency in spoken and written English
