• Develops and manages Social Media channels for B-to-B
• Community and Content Management
• Developsmultimediacontent
• Building engaging brand conversation with customers and stakeholders, social media listening and response, cross channel coordination
• Monitors all social media channels , content performance and drives continuous improvements
• Sets KPIs and coordinates local implementation
• Develops social campaigns, supports product launches as well as customer segment approach, incl., chains business
Operational Tasks:
• Project Leadership for all Social Media activities and campaigns
• SetKPIs for all channels and drive continuous improvements of posts, followers and content quality
• Brief, lead and coordinate with Social Media agency and other suppliers
• Implement Social Media Launch globally: educate local teams (physical workshop, radian6), set local KPIs and monitor
• Monitor competitors' social activities and work on continuous differentiation in order to achieve/keep the leadership on Social Channels
• Drive paid posts and advertising in order to achieve direct engagement with target audiences, implement campaigns.
• Ensure consistent messaging according to PVPs and 360 campaigns
Passion about new trends and the latest in social media innovations. strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail. strong experience in sponsored postings and targeting, and know how to manage a budget for content promotion on social channels. Good understanding of technology is paired with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various internal and external business partners.
• 4-5 years' experience in Social media community management and development
• 3-4 years' experience in multimedia content creating (including 3D videos, virtual reality, augmented reality)
• 4-5 years' experience of running advanced advocacy campaigns on social media
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite is an asset
• University Degree in Digital, Marketing Media Communications or equivalent
• English mother tongue or equivalent with excellent writing skills
• Background and proven experience within the following domain: Customer Engagement Campaign Automation, Data Management Platform, SEO optimization, Programmatic Advertising, Google Analytics.
• Advising campaign owners on social media listening tools and how to interact with the social media space;
• Predictive and descriptive analytics.
• A storytelling aptitude to share your findings, influence your stakeholders and generate positive energy around a concept, an idea;
• Ability to work within an international environment at a global level;
• Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills as well as problem solving skills;
