This is a unique opportunity to join a leader in the online gaming sector. We're looking for a new Social Media and Content Executive to join our growing Social Media team.
As part of a dynamic team you will take responsibility for driving social media conversations across selected core social channels. This role is to implement a pre-existing Social Media strategy, with a primary focus in keeping the brand's social channels up to date with fresh, cutting-edge, engaging content. This position will help Kindred Group with its multi-brand/multi-product positioning and assist with Customer Support across social.
Day-to-day management of the brand's social media communities
Social content creation to drive engagement with fans/followers
Managing the Unibet Swedish Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc)
Incorporating Casino initiatives into day-to-day content plans
Delivery and support of Social Media strategy and plans
Working closely with the Customer Support team to ensure Social CS is kept to a high standard
Working with external companies and influencers to increase brand awareness
Monthly and Quarterly reporting
Helping to provide written content for blogs
Live coverage of big events and product launches across our spectrum of sports, casino and bingo
Keep internal communication channels up to date, liaising with stakeholders from all facets of the business across our global portfolio
Previous experience in digital and specialism in sport/casino content and/or social media
Keen interest in the mechanics and customer behaviour of online gaming
Proven track record of managing and engaging with customers across multiple social communities
Experience in using Social Media Management and Monitoring Systems & tools (i.e. Social Studio, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc) is desirable but not essential
Experience of using social media professionally
Proactive, analytical and eager to help grow an exciting project
Personally active on social media
Team Player
You are fluent in Swedish and English
University degree preferred but not essential
