Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka (IESN) is an independent school, years 4-9, with an enrollment of 900 students. The school opened in August 2010 and is located in Nacka strand, with easy access to the centre of Stockholm.
IES Nacka is part of the organisation, Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB (IES), a growing independent school organisation which includes many schools around Sweden. The teaching languages are English and Swedish.

Internationella Engelska Skolan Nacka is looking for an excellent school counsellor to add to our Student Care team of two nurses and a counsellor.
Applicants must have the correct education for this position. Being able to speak English fluently is very important but most of your work will be in Swedish, so fluencey also in Swedish is equally important. Experience working in a school is an advantage but we are equally happy to receive applications from outside the school world.
We have built a strong team of educators who work hard to provide our students with the best possible education and care. Being a positive and cooperative team player is a must. In addition to the normal school counsellor duties and responsibilities, we look to recruit someone who believes in working proactively and on a whole-school level. The successful applicant will be a proactive member of our Student Care Team. .
The position is full time. We are an equal opportunities employer. Interviews are being held on an ongoing basis and we look to employ a qualified counsellor starting as soon as possible.
