About the position
Perido is now looking for an administrative HR- specialist to our client, one of the world's largest companies in the Management and IT consulting business. This is an attractive workplace and their philosophy is that people matter and results count. The position is placed at their office nicely located in the center of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks and qualifications
In your role as an administrative HR- specialist you will handle incoming visa applications and all the administration that comes with it. Example of tasks:
Coordination with tax and immigration vendor, Migration board, and employees for WP applications (work permit)
End-to-end filling of forms online
Insurance administration services
Invoicing
Accommodation query handling
Manage MIS (Marketing Information System)

Requirements
Bachelor's degree
A few years work experience in a similar role
Experience in handling immigration related tools
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start date by arrangement, assignment for two years.
