You will be part of our Swedish wind power team
As our new Site Manager Wind Power, you will be part of our Swedish wind power team and work with Swedish and international customers in wind power. Ramboll continues to expand within Wind Power and we have many exciting assignments and more coming in. Together with nearly 500 colleagues in wind power, you will assist our customers with the full range of expertise required to take the wind power projects through construction to completion. To help you, you have 1,800 colleagues in Sweden and 16,000 globally, all of whom are passionate about sustainability and community planning.
Your main tasks:
The client's representative on site and coordinate contact areas between contractors and turbine suppliers, owners, consultants and authorities
Work as site manager/project manager to lead the work and ensure and follow up the project's progress towards the exposed times and budget
Quality assurance work based on current contracts and a technical and commercial perspective
Review and evaluate tenders and contracts and make recommendations for awarding contracts
Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for your project
Reporting on an ongoing, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Coordinate audit and testing processes of design, design, technical documentation and ensure that it is in accordance with contracts and applicable rules and guidelines.
Carry out inspections, audits and review documentation for the various elements during the construction of the infrastructure and the installation of the wind turbines.

At least 5 years of experience in wind power
Worked as a project manager or construction manager in the construction of wind power projects in Sweden and an ability to lead and coordinate
Understanding all the elements involved in the realization of a wind power project and an eye for detail
Academic education in exv. Construction/Electro/Geotechnical/Road & Water
Concrete Class 1
Certified KA Manager
HSEQ certifications
Good communication, both in writing and orally in Swedish and English
Social skills and easy to build trust in others
You are a person whose main driving force is to achieve results in projects that add real value. Thanks to your strategic approach and collaborative skills, you manage to meet our customers' requirements and deliver solutions tailored to tomorrow's society. You are flexible and enjoy being challenged in interesting projects that involve both local and international cooperation. For you to grow and develop, leadership is required that supports, coaches and includes you in strategic decisions.
