One of the Group's largest unit is Site Perstorp, in Sweden, which has been manufacturing chemical products in various forms since 1881. Basic & specialty polyols, formates, organic acids and formaldehyde are the main products manufactured in Perstorp.
The Logistics Department is responsible for ensuring that all activities, from factory to goods loaded into a tanker / truck or container, work efficiently and qualitatively.
The department works close to Global Supply Chain and Operations in Perstorp and subcontractors.
We are now looking for a coach for shipping / warehouse administration for about 1 year of temporary work.
Your responsibility will for example be:
- That Material and finished goods are received and stored
- Planning of loadings within the site
- Handling of customer returns and complaints
- Reporting / Managing Risks and Disturbances for Logistics Flow locally in Perstorp and external warehouses that are handled by Site Perstorp
- Daily system administration and SAP support
- Customs liability export for site Perstorp as well as Intrastat reporting
- Team coordination of local shipping department
We are looking for you who have worked for at least 3 years in logistics or equivalent, with computer and system skills. It is an asset if you have relevant qualification in logistics, but most importantly, in addition to a high school diploma you have a good work experience and a great interest in the area. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge of the handling of dangerous goods.
As a person, you are solution-oriented, accurate and independent. You are communicative and easy to create good relationships both internally and externally. You enjoy a coordinating role with a great sense of service.
