hela Sverige We are now looking for a Scientific shipping coordinator for a 2 moths assignment starting in June. You will be responsible for shipping of dangerous goods, so it is essential that you have Dangerous Goods education (ADR-S, IATA- DGR and IMDG-code). Excellent English, both spoken and in writing is required.
Specific Role Accountabilities:
• Responsible for ensuring that sent material is correctly packaged, marked and documented.
• Contact with customers, suppliers and receiving party to secure demands of the transport.
• Manage delivery including handling of deviation and complaints.
• Plan, execute and report back in work systems and work order records.
The role holder is required to deal with a variety of customers, maintenance and project demands simultaneously, which may be complex or unique. Prioritising these issues and co-ordinating resources is key in delivering solutions in a timely and effective manner.
The role holder is required to have good interpersonal skills. Establish, develop and maintain good working relationships with different levels of customers within the organisation.
