Job Description
The Collaboration Center of Excellence is a cross-Xylem department working with web sites and web applications that are used internally and externally. The customers are the different Value Centers and HQ functions that are geographically distributed over the world. The Collaboration CoE provides the services of hosting, development, consultation, training and support. The team is involved in many projects and initiatives that involve web technologies from a usability perspective as well as from a technical perspective.

This job is for six months, you will manage projects and help coordinate activities for the team. These can be large projects or day-to-day activities. This can involve members of the team in Sweden, India or USA as well as people outside the team that can be located anywhere in the world. Included in this position is also end user support of several of our main platforms, in particular our SharePoint based solution. This involves giving support to users as well as providing training to end users.

Project management tasks include requirements definition, project planning, scheduling, delivery and reporting. Coordination activities include hosting daily or weekly team meetings, testing solutions, and usage monitoring and analysis. Training includes both formal and informal classes, either in person, over the web or recorded. Support tasks include working on help desk tickets to answer questions or resolve problems and creating self-service knowledge base articles.

Qualifications
• Project management experience
• CMS experience, preferably within SharePoint 2010
• Good understanding of web based technologies, such as HTML and CSS
• Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
• Experience in end-user training
• Experience from working in a support organization
• Excellent English
• Experience of working with Google Analytics, Web Trends or Adobe Site Catalyst or any other web statistics tool
• Excellent people and communications skills

Preferable requirements
• BS or higher from a college or university
• Experience of working in a multi-national company
• Experience from working with off-shore resources
• Experience in SEO (search engine optimization)
• Knowledge and experience in web design and tools (e.g. Photoshop)
• Experience of market communications and social media
