Introduction:
We are looking for Service Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Service Sales - Scandinavia. The primary purpose of this role is to increase services order intake in the territory and to build/retain customer relationship for selected customers in the role of Site Account Manager. The position is preferably located in northern Sweden.
In this role you will:
Be responsible of services order intake for selected customers within Scandinavia
Be responsible of customer case specific pricing (within guidelines) and drive value based pricing (where applicable)
Focus to build and maintain active long term relationship with key decision makers at the site level
Establish, coordinate and lead a team taking care of customer relationships, including site account planning - driving proactive sales
Ensure efficient information sharing between customer and relevant parts of Outotec's organization
To succeed, you will need:
Strong service business and industry understanding with in dept understanding of customer needs
Good social, communication and negotiation skills - ability to influence others in a matrix organization
Learning agility and fast decision making ability
To be a results driven team player capable of motivating and inspiring team towards common targets
Experience in site account management is seen as an advantage
