Service Reporting and Analytics Manager
The position is responsible for implementation and execution of the ITGF (IT Group Functions) service reporting and analytic processes for the operations of the group reporting flows. These cover reporting on IT production targets and metrics, analysis of IT production performance, evaluation of IT production process efficiency and continual improvements of IT production and data sourcing.
The position will also be supporting and driving adaptation and implementation of common processes for the IT production and data sourcing as a part of implementing the maturity strategies for these areas.
In this position you will have the opportunity to be a part of and influence the future ways of working for the IT operations of Nordea’s reporting based on the Group Common Data.
The position will require close and daily cooperation and interaction with a large community of people from the business, IT and partner organisations.
The position is reporting to the Head of Execution & Data Sourcing, but will for most activities be closely cooperating with the full Execution & Data Sourcing Management team.
Common and mature coordination and governance of IT operations for the Group financial, business and regulatory reporting
Execution & Data Sourcing is responsible for end-to-end monitoring and governing of the IT operations and data sourcing supporting areas like Group Finance and Group Capital. Execution & Data Sourcing ensures completion of IT activities to support successful completion of business reporting processes.
The Execution & Data Sourcing unit is in the coming years expected to develop and mature the common processes, tools and organisation needed to effectively support the IT operations of the business processes. Leading and driving changes and maturity initiatives around service operations management is therefore a vital part of the job.

Strong skills with IT operations analytics, process design & implementation and communication
You are experienced with analysis and performance evaluation of IT operations in complex environments and reporting of such. Further you have experiences with best practice IT frameworks eg. ITIL and experiences and a good track record in developing and implementing processes across a business and IT value chain.
We expect you have your experience from several years of experience from a role as consultant within these areas or a similar internal support function where you have had a good track record cooperating with business areas and external off-shore vendors.
You have a strong ability to create network and drive and coordinate activities in this across a value chain organisation.
You have good communication skills in English and local language. You are good at communicating and have experience from a role with communication spanning both an IT and business community and different management levels. You have strong skills in preparation of communication material both visually and written.

The Execution & Data Sourcing unit is reporting to Head of ITGF and today 11 employees located in DK and SE and expected to grow in the coming years. The unit are also managing resources with our sourcing partners in India.
