Are you looking for a new challenge within IT? ASSA ABLOY is looking for a Service Owner to join their IT Hosting & Collaboration Service team in Malmö. The IT Hosting & Collaboration Services team is a global function within ASSA ABLOY Global IT Shared Service Center. Global IT Shared Service Center is managing ASSA ABLOYs shared infrastructure and global applications as well as application management for selected divisional solutions.
Your work assignment
As a Service Owner you will work as a champion in a role interacting and driving solution and process improvements as well as handling partners and suppliers. You will be part of a team operating/managing the Server/Storage/Restore services together with our partners. In close collaboration with our internal customers and external strategic partners, you will increase the quality and efficiency for our Hosting Services for our application services following selected ITIL processes and planning for future growth initiatives. You will communicate on a daily basis with colleagues around the world, to secure a unified approach on processes. You will also initiate and drive projects and be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.
You must be willing and able to travel internationally.
Your background
To be the driven Service Owner that we seek, we believe that you have at least 8 years of experience working in a manufacturing company, and/or from working in an international environment, as senior IT Server/Storage/Restore Expert. You are used to working with global Microsoft, Linux and VMWare platforms and you have a proven deep technical skills form working with these platforms and can drive our partner's designs and solutions. You are used to work according to ITIL and certifications within ITIL is a strong plus. It is an advantage if you have experience from working as a project manager and/or line manager.
It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.
