Arbetsuppgifter
Job description: You will be working in the Customer Care department who provides 1st line support and is the single point of contact for all customer inquiries related to network issues. The Customer Care department operates on a rolling shift basis, 24/7/365, night shifts will apply.

Your main responsibilities are to register cases upon customer request and perform an initial analysis. Cases that are not solved by 1st line are handed over to the NOC/2nd/3rd line for further investigation. 1st line owns the case through the entire case lift cycle and is responsible for ensuring the customer gets regular updates about the case progress. In your daily work you use several support systems and the progress of the case and customer interactions is logged in relevant system. The issues you face are mainly IP related. Customers are for example large ISPs and enterprise customers.

You will work in an international business and in a team passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. You work in close cooperation with your team members and other interfacing units, both internally and externally, to deliver world class customer service.

Apart from being a professional team player, you are a technical person who likes to trouble shoot and perform investigations. You feel very passionate and strongly about customer service and perform your duties with the customer as well as the business in focus. You are a strong communicator, and are used to provide information in both verbal and written form. You are a multi-tasking problem solver who when needed can prioritize, cooperate and communicate to in the end have a satisfied customer. You possess the ability to handle stressful situations. .

Opportunities: This is a unique opportunity for a newly graduated network and/or telecommunication engineer or you who have experience from the industry and wants to take on opportunities in a large and international company. If you on the top of that have experience from successful work with customer care this may be the job for you.

Work offer: Full-time job. Start after agreement. On this job you will be employed as a consultant through Brainpeople working for our client. This is a long term assignment with good opportunities for recruitment directly at our client.

Profil
Education and experience:
• University degree within Telecommunications or Network Engineering or a very good knowledge and understanding of the same
• Experience from working with customer care
• Experience of working in a multicultural environment
• Recent CISCO certification is meriting
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
