Job description
As a Service Delivery Manager you’ll be working with customer communication and workshops as well as bidding support on product technical service related parts. You’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Equipment lab testing support, including test environment setup, test equipment management and maintenance.
• Follow up issues that may arise during testing/workshop/bidding activities.
• Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
• Onsite support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary.
• Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
• Responsible for SLM and TLM technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team.
• Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.
• Travelling may be required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical knowledge of: Routing, Switching, Voice over IP, NGN, and Telecommunication Protocols/Standards (SS7, SIP, H323, MGCP, etc) knowledge.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communication & team work skills.
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations, and third party vendors.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
It’s an advantage if you have good computer skills in MS office. For this position it’s important for you to have good technical knowledge of: Routing, Switching, Voice over IP, NGN, and Telecommunication Protocols/Standards (SS7, SIP, H323, MGCP, etc).
Organization:
You will work in the Nordic and Baltic organization based in Kista, Stockholm.
