Tetra Pak Nordics is a market company within Cluster Europe & Central Asia. The countries covered by Tetra Pak Nordics are Baltics, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The position is part of the Services organization.
The Service Account Representative is supporting the Technical Key Account Managers for Tetra Pak Services matters. This will include facilitating our service sales growth ambition through supporting account management, sales opportunity support, training coordination and customer support. You will be offering quality services with innovative solutions, being part of driving excellence in customer satisfaction.
The position is based in Lund and reports to the Technical Key Account Director.
Main responsibilities
• Support Technical Key Account Managers in the implementation of their sales plans
• Support the billing process
• Initate and follow up on service and material orders
• Follow up customer satisfaction results together with the technical sales functions
• Coordinate and follow up on training events
• Generation of Services sales quotations
• Process customer queries
• Maintain customer data
Qualifications
You are well-organized and accurate, with an excellent attention to detail. You are collaborative and customer oriented, with a positive attitude and good, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. You have a sense of urgency and are able to prioritize plus you have a great deal of common sense.
We believe you have a university degree in Business administration or Engineering, alternatively approx. 5 years experience in the technical sales/administrative area. As you are an important part of our aim to constantly improve our customer satisfaction, earlier experience from customer facing position is an advantage.
You have excellent English skills both spoken and written and good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
