We're looking for a senior UX/UI designer with a strong UI focus to help create modern, user-centered web solutions that truly make an impact in a complex and exciting domain
About the assignmentYou'll join an experienced and collaborative UX/UI team where learning, teamwork and innovation are at the core. You will work closely with product owners, developers and designers to shape a web-based product that enables users to quickly and confidently detect machine issues.
Your responsibilities and daily tasks Close collaboration with the UX/UI Lead, product owners and teams
Initiate, participate in and contribute to frequent design reviews
Drive standardisation and guide development teams in design rules
Test and verify implemented UI design
Work with stakeholders to understand needs
Participate in scrum ceremonies
Share insights, brainstorm and create meaningful value together

Requirements Senior UX/UI designer with 5+ years of experience
Extensive experience working in Figma
A humble, non-prestigious approach to design and openness to sharing and discussing ideas early in the process
Strong understanding of web and DOM-related principles
Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus
Experience with industrial applications is a plus
