Mobenga is the market leading mobile enabler specialized in taking betting and gaming companies' business to mobile media. We have long and solid experience from the betting, gaming, media and mobile technology areas and our company is the only one of its kind to support all available mobile technologies. We continue to grow, and are now looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to strengthen our team in Malmö.

Mobenga is looking for Senior Technical Project Managers

Key responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will often manage multiple customer projects, setting priorities with measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results. You will work with managing the whole product cycle at its different stages; planning, development and after the product goes live.

You will manage several different stakeholders - customers, internal teams and third party companies where a lot of focus will be on building a partnership with the customer. You will be working with team leading and capacity/resource planning and making sure that the deliveries are on time and with high quality. You will also participate in continuous improvement workshops and initiatives and sharing you knowledge and experience with the other Project Managers.

In order to succeed, you must be a team player who possess excellent leadership skills. We also believe that you are a proactive and solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy the benefits of working in fast paced project with short decision paths and strong impact to the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects in a web based technology environment with several external stakeholders
• Solid understanding of SCRUM principles
• Experience in maintaining partnership with customers
• You understand the value of teamwork in opposition to command and control
• Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and management
• Ability to keep a high level picture but keen to know the details when needed
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Fluency in English, in speech as well as in writing as we work in an international environment
