The role of a Senior Technical Project Leader in the Platform24 team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead our largest healthcare customers, making a real impact on today's digital healthcare. In collaboration with customers and key stakeholders you will manage how the customers leverage our comprehensive platform solution, following the customer from vision to result. The role also includes coordinating customer requirements in collaboration with Product Success Managers as well as software architects and Product Managers throughout the entire implementation process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Experience. You have extensive (5+ years) experience of leading large tech implementations with multiple, senior stakeholders, preferably in healthcare.
• Project management skills. You have the skills and abilities required to manage a large implementation project with multiple internal and external stakeholders while sticking to the highest quality standards and meeting agreed on milestones.
• Tech knowledge. You are used to translating tech to non-tech people and can guide discussions to keep within the scope of technical- and product limitations.
• Drive. We are out to revolutionize the health care system, so we keep a high pace and talk about releases in terms of days and weeks more often than months and years. You get things done, rather than talk about it and you don't hesitate to take on the different types of tasks required to get the job done.
• Passion for healthcare and to improve its efficiency, quality, and accessibility.
• Communication skills. For your customers, you will be Platform24 incarnated, and internally you will often be the customer's voice. To build trust and to get buy-in for your agenda you need to be great at listening communication, and negotiation.
• Problem-solving skills. You're analytical and used to working with quantitative data, making data-driven decisions.
• Language. Fluency in Swedish & English, written and spoken, is needed
