hela Sverige Westermo is currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader for Hardware Test Development, to our dedicated team in Stora Sundby (outside of Eskilstuna).
So, who are we looking for?
Hardware Test Development is a key part of Westermo Product Development and now we are looking for a passionate Senior Hardware Test Team Leader, who is eager to lead a team of 5 skilled Hardware Test engineers. In this role, you will be leading and planning the daily work for the team. You will also together with the team, drive the test roadmap and improvement works in all aspects. Your main focus will be leading the team, but you will also work with different hands-on tasks as the rest of the team. As a Team Leader, you will cooperate with several departments such as Project Management and Production.
Deliverables from the team is normally from different development projects to the Westermo production site in Stora Sundby. We have deliverables at all levels, from board test to full scale test systems for test of several units.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have successful experience of leadership. We believe, you are a solution-oriented, driven and confident leader with great communication skills.

Minimum requirements
• Academic degree preferably within Engineering, or adequate work experience
• Experienced in leadership and team building
• Experienced in different agile working methods such as, Kanban and Scrum
• Experienced in Hardware Test Development and LabVIEW
• Very good knowledge in Swedish both written& spoken
Preferred qualifications
• Experience from Electronic Design and Design for Test
• Experienced in network products such as routers/ switches
• Good knowledge in English both written & spoken
