Midsummer AB is a high-tech company that has developed a cost-effective process for manufacturing light weight, flexible thin-film solar cells. We are now commercializing a unique product that will improve our customers' profitability. Midsummer has over 30 employees, mostly engineers with a high environmental and technical interest. We operate globally on a market that is growing 40-50% annually and we now need more highly skilled employees to continue our growth and become a global leader in our field.

We are looking for someone who wants to install complex production lines for the production of solar cells where high productivity matches with top performance. You will take the primary responsibility for carrying out installations at customer sites in China and the Hong Kong region.

You have at least 10 years of experience with systems and vacuum of high-tech products and you have performed similar installations in the past. You will train the local staff and therefore need to master English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Being a permanent resident in China or Hong Kong region is a requirement because with short notice you need to be ready to visit the customers in the region. It is also good if you can handle stress well, if you are self-motivated and good at communicating with others and find it easy to see the whole picture.
