Azelio is currently in an extensive expansion phase, finding new partners and establishing presence all over of the world.
We need to strengthen the Azelio sourcing team with motivated and talented people.
Today, we are approximately 8 people located in Göteborg and Åmål and plan to grow to approximately 12 people. We are responsible for all direct and indirect material spend, and support our product development, product industrialisation and company infrastructure. The Senior Supply chain Specialist is an important role within the cross-functional team and within the sourcing team and will be responsible for building up the supply chain of this new business. This role has initially no direct reports, but may develop into a managerial role as our business grows within one or two years.
Your position
- Initially, drive the definition and implementation of processes and working routines (including EDI) for supply chain relevant activities; i.e. supply and demand planning; material flows, warehousing, call-offs and transportation.
- Establish a network of external logistic partners; negotiate agreements
- Develop a Supply Chain Strategy for material flows from our suppliers to our operation and further towards solar fields located in remote areas all over the world.
- Responsible for packaging instructions internally and towards suppliers
- Drive logistic requirements to our suppliers together with the purchasing team
- Supply and demand planning; transport planning; call-offs in development stage and early SOP phase until a logistics team is in place.
Your profile
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems; preferably Monitor
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Experience in negotiating and managing transportation-, warehousing- and other external logistics service contracts.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Team player with a strong drive and a positive attitude
- Committed, self-starting, taking responsibility
- Good computer skills including MS Office,
- Fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written); French is a benefit

This position can be placed in Göteborg or Uddevalla, but requires a certain presence in locations. This role is very challenging as it requires to build up a new function within a short time frame, and then to transition it into serial production.
