Job Summary
Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Global IM has approx. 880 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

Smart Solutions Platform project is an ongoing implementation that involves a global rollout to our 80 sites in Tetra Pak.
As a Senior Smart P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams) IT Analyst, you will be part of the functional team, a team with high engagement and strong team spirit, with people who takes pride in their daily work and enjoys working together.

This position is located in Lund, Sweden, one of the four main sites.
What you will do
As Senior Smart P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams) IT Analyst, you will:
IT maintenance support of the Smart Solution Platform- Smart P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams) mainly Hexagon PPM, applications to ensure it applies to decided functionality
Provide support to the 1000+ End User community
Support Tetra Pak in design and configuration related projects and services
Understand the business functionality, application development and underlying technical solution to effectively manage end-user communication
Test new functionality requested through continuous improvement initiatives or Projects

We believe you are an analytical and proactive person with a strong will to accomplish. You can collaborate and communicate with people across the organization and from different cultures. You will work as an analyst in service and support projects as a Senior Smart P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams) IT Analyst, both in agile and waterfall aspects will be considered - experience of both methodologies is beneficial. You have the capability of strategic thinking, are able to help transform the team to be ready for future assignments, and to bring the team along well. We are a team, located in Lund and Chakan (India), working close together so it is important that you are team-oriented and enjoys learning as well as sharing knowledge with your colleagues and stakeholders. As a person, you are result-oriented and passionate about quality assurance.
University degree within Information Technology or Mechanical Engineering is a merit but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have broad experience of Hexagon SPID, SSK as well as quality assurance of managing these applications.
We believe you have:
Good technical IT skills and preferably work experience working in a similar role
Required skills are needed in Intergraph Hexagon modules of the following:
Intergraph/Hexagon Smart SPID (Smart piping and instrumentation diagrams)
Hexagon Smart Sketch
Plant/Project Data base maintenance
You are fluent in English, both verbally and written
The following skills will be considered a plus:
Azure DevOps
Excel - Macros
Hexagon SPF (Smart Plant Foundation)
Hexagon Smart3D
