Jobdescription
As a Service Quality Manager you'll be responsible to construct and optimize CEE & Nordic European Region Delivery & Service quality management system, including quality organization, processes, tools and methodologies to achieve industry leading practice and improve the customer satisfaction. You'll have the following responsibilities:
• Business Scope--You'll be responsible for the project delivery quality, professional service delivery quality, network maintenance quality, and the quality of professional service sale.
• QMS--Establishing and maintaining D&S Quality Management System, including quality organization, processes, tools and methodologies, based on leading practice and HQ policy & procedures.
• Quality Standard--Optimizing and specifying regional D&S quality standards of service business processes.
• Quality Audit--Conducting D&S quality audit and review.
• Metric--Establishing regional D&S quality metrics system based on Huawei's general metrics system; performing daily quality measurement and reporting.
• Improvement--Leading and organizing regional D&S continual improvement through quality methodology and HQ's guidelines.
Travelling is seen as a natural part of the position.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we're seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelors or above Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication or equivalent.
• Certification on 6 Sigma, CQE, CQM or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experiences in telecom industry;
• Minimum 3 years experience in service quality management in telecom enterprises, having excellent quality improvement contributions;
• Being accomplished in ISO 9000, TL 9000, 6 Sigma, Sigma methods etc; Quality concepts of famous masters such as Deming, Crosby etc.
• Good personality attitude, teamwork, communication skills;
• Fluent in both English and Swedish.
For this position it's important for you to be a good team player and also to introduce best practice to the team to improve the quality management.
Organization:
You will work in the Central and East European organization based in Sweden.
