We are looking for an individual who wants to be part of our multidisciplinary design team. You will participate in our ever changing projects with clients worldwide from a wide variety of organizations. You will work in close cooperation with all various disciplines at Veryday, including for example product design, UX design and design strategy.
We are looking for a Senior Service Design consultant/strategist for our Stockholm office
We are looking for an experienced, senior service design expert with a strategic mindset and excellent communication and leadership skills. We search for someone with a genuine curiosity for people and their daily lives, and with a burning motivation to improve the world around us - a colleague with passion for creating exciting user/customer experiences, pushing the boundaries of what is possible and who can lead and inspire great work!
Responsibilities include:
• Service development for the digital space and experience of service design and project management in digital projects such as web, mobile and multiplatform. - Service development for the physical space and experience of service design and project management in sectors such as travel, hospitality, healthcare, financial and telecom. - Service design research with a focus on qualitative methods, collaborative approaches and development or adaption of methods for specific service design contexts. - Visualization, prototyping and user testing of service solutions in both early and late stages of development. - Business model development and creative work to challenge existing ways of service delivery.Development and implementation of environmentally and socially responsible design solutions.Who you are:
You are a multi-skilled person, who feels comfortable working with design research, analysis, strategy, creative ideation, execution and implementation.
You are a highly communicative individual with a collaborative approach. You are used to lead time pressured and complicated projects, working in multidisciplinary teams and you feel comfortable navigating through multiple stakeholder groups. You have considerable experience from working with or within large complex organizations, with the challenges that brings. You are a good facilitator, presenter and storyteller. You are an authority and a keen speaker and are passionate about your area. Published articles and blog posts on the topic will be considered a merit.
You are a designer with a minimum of 10 years of experience with a background in, for example UX, product design, communication or innovation. You may have another interesting mix in your background, as long as you have at least 5 years experience of service design projects where you have been responsible for project leadership and client relationship. International experience is a prerequisite.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English. Good skills in Swedish will be considered a merit but it is not a requirement.
