Do you want to work in a global organisation in a position with wide responsibility, independent and varying work and with lots of contacts across the organisation? We are now looking for a senior SAP designer to the resource pool within Global Information Management in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Work with strategic and/or tactical objectives, supporting, developing and leading others with regards for our ISP Global Solution (SAP R/3)
• Provide inputs into new products, processes, standards or operational plans mainly within the Order Fulfilment processes
• Influence, convince and negotiate with others in the organization to accept modified and new concepts, practices and approaches within a specified area.
• Analyze complex issues that significantly may enhance, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.
Qualifications
• A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school (engineering, business and/or computing)
• Minimum of 8 years experience relevant to the position
• Proven record leading others to deliver results
• SAP certification(s) in relevant technical moduls (SD, MM, WM, PP and/or PS)
To be successful in this position you should be customer and service minded. You can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently and effectively. You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and are able to interact and communicate in a global and virtual team, with good awareness and appreciation of social and cultural differences. Finally, you are self-motivated and have a desire to learn and share knowledge. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are excellent.
