OVERVIEW OF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Optimizes sales results with specific focus on modeling, enhancing and coaching selling and sales support behaviors. This Associate supports store leaders in implementing action plans and strategies and supports all aspects of store operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver consistent sales and profit growth by building loyalty and providing a differentiated experience for customers through best-in-class service and selling.
• Maximize sales potential by spending 90-100% of scheduled time on the sales floor
• Champion the delivery of the customer experience throughout the store
• Model, enhance and coach all selling and sales support behaviors
• Demonstrate excellent Customer Sales Lead (CSL) behaviors and be able to assume responsibility for 10-12 CSL segments/week
• Provide customer feedback and associate observations to SM/ASMs and make recommendations regarding effectiveness of action plans
• Understand, adhere to and coach visual merchandising & marketing strategies and presentation standards
• Support the implementation of VSBA processes and procedures
• Adhere to policies in place to manage controllable expenses
• Support managing inventory
• Ensure completion of SOP and other compliance related items
Build a high performance store team through a commitment to operational excellence and by demonstrating inspiring leadership.
• Understand and demonstrate VSBA values
• Consistently conduct CSL & Associate observations and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure quality execution of Learning & Development tools/programs
• Build Associate connectivity

Professional and educational background in beauty & accessories, women fashion and travel retail industry would be considered an asset.
