Responsibilities
For a long assignment in the automotive industry, we are looking for a senior recruiter. The assignment is supposed to start as soon as possible and last for a long time. You will be recruiting both managers and high-level officials and globally. You provide professional consultative support to business managers and planning, operate and conduct operationally and administratively different recruiting assignments. The tasks include among other advertisements, selection, interviews, second opinions and referees.
Who are you?
You have an academic education and have good insight into employment agreements, employment contracts, labor processes and prerogatives. You have several years of experience working with the entire recruitment process and are used to follow a methodology. You have recruited the entire management and staffed company from top to bottom. It is a requirement that you are OPQ certified. You are fluent in English both spoken and in writing. Are you a driven, structured, customer-oriented person who always strive for the best results, you have the right conditions. You have a consultative approach and a very good ability to create trusting relationships at various levels. As a person you are flexible, unpretentious and share your knowledge and experiences. You have the ability and experience of working independently and in groups in a fast pace.
You start from the customer premises but will also carry out recruitments for the customer's other sites in the world from Sweden.
