To take the next step, we are therefore looking for a senior product specialist to support our sales companies when servicing other OEM:s equipment
Who you are
About the job
To take a position as the GPHE Service Co means we will need to provide as good service for other PHE brands as we do for our own range and solve problems fast for our customers. The senior product specialist role is split in three areas:
• Troubleshooting and supporting sales companies with difficult allbrands cases in the field or in service centers
• Supporting sales companies with making audits of other OEM:s equipment at customer sites
• Collection & development of documentation, procedures and best practices on how to serve other OEM:s equipment
Who are you?
As an individual you are a service minded, practical problem solver. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience of servicing, troubleshooting and auditing plate heat exchangers. Furthermore, the ideal candidate has an interest in documenting and sharing best practices to colleagues. Other profiles will also be considered as long as you have a strong passion for gasketed plate heat exchanger service.
